Our goal at BGS is to achieve excellence in education without compromising the basic skills and values of life.
We believe that:
Students need an environment that is nurturing, engaging and dynamic.
Students need inspiration to challenge themselves towards innovation.
Students and educators need a positive, supportive environment that allows them to feel safe and comfortable at school; to make it their second home.
Students are integral and critical in the assessment of their school.
Students need to be happy both socially and academically and be able to work in groups to prepare them for the social challenges they may face in college or at work.
Students and all stakeholders need an environment that supports tolerance, respect, diversity, acceptance and equality.
Students should have access to a platform that allows them to research, connect, discuss and brainstorm with peers beyond the school boundaries locally and globally.
We must not only keep up with educational changes, but we must also drive the change through creativity and continuous professional development.
We must provide a viable learning environment in multi disciplines to maximize learning opportunities for students to face the 21st century challenges.
